“Courage is the discovery that you may not win, and trying when you know you can lose.”

I was born one fine day and I was chasing for comfort in this new world. When I got used to this world I started chasing my mom for milk, love and then as I was growing my chasing took new directions, new environments- till date I am chasing and I know I will chase till I reach my grave.

Is this what I am supposed to do? I don’t see different as everyone in this world is chasing something or the other – whether it’s their dream or facts.

When the world says, “Give up,” Hope whispers, “Try it one more time.”

Today it was All Hands meeting in office. The focus was to look at the bigger picture even if you are a small part of the picture. I think everyone talks about it and boast too – but what was impressive was a senior management leader took effort to learn how to paint and he not only painted the picture of his Manager but the picture did come out as the Manager’s portrait.

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, “I will try again tomorrow.” ~ Mary Anne Radmacher

I never thought someone who has not done painting could do something so beautifully. These days’ people talk but how many of them really take effort to learn it and do it for his team.

I think if you have a leader who actually demonstrates the statement ‘You can be anything that you want in this world’ – nothing can stop as this is the biggest inspiration that anyone can get from.

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” ~ John Quincy Adams

When he was talking about this I remembered the movie ‘Gifted Hands‘ – A frustrated young boy with problems in school overcomes the obstacles in his life to become a world-renowned neurosurgeon – THE BEN CARSON STORY

These days I don’t have any lack of inspirations but yes I feel time is less for everything.

“Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore.” ~ Andre Gide
