“One may not reach the Dawn save by the path of the night”

This figment came true after ages …

Written By: Dawn - Nov• 08•11

Like a baby I was born

With tiny feathers not knowing for what?

My fidelity for the people around

Created fables for all

You love them and they love you back

For those who are mean you love them still

And a Time will come when they love you too

This figment came true after ages when I saw

My mailbox with love, wishes and hugs

Its blessings that came in disguise

I feel every day I am born again

With the wings of happiness and care

I fly high everywhere

To see and meet my mate

To talk and share the love we make

To spread the message across for love

I thank for my existence

For being loved so dearly

In all essence!

It’s Halloween Time!!!

Written By: Dawn - Oct• 31•11

In the cold windy night

As I was walking by

The tap noise bothered me

I looked around but there was no sign

A creepy silence all along

I walked a bit faster to reach home

Suddenly a smiling pumpkin crossed my road

I screamed and shivered while holding my breath

The moment I turned to walk again

The black cat ran with a cry over me

I almost felt I am dead then

An old lady with a skinny long nose

A stick in her hand and spooky hat

She walked by my side in that windy night

I couldn’t utter a single word when

She came close and whispered in my ears

“Trick or Treat”? and she made her eyes big and round

I scared to death screamed all along

Please leave me! Please leave me!

The Old lady said,

“Its Halloween Time”!

Shining Rays Were Playing Along…

Written By: Dawn - Oct• 26•11

It was a lonely afternoon

No one to play with and

No one to sing with

The book lying on my table

Took me to think

Why not read the book

In the open sky and

Enjoy the story up

On the tree!

The lunch was heavy

And the book was long

As I was reading

Shining rays were playing along

My eyes got tired

Though the story was interesting

It was tough to be up

When a slight nap got hit

I was about to slip

When a little angel came

Flying over, she made me scared

Instead of falling I sat on the trunk

A roller coaster ride I had then

Loved my reading on the tree

Since no one could see me

And neither could I

It was a lonely afternoon when

I decided to climb high

Even today it’s my favorite place

To hide on top of that tree
